After major upheavals in supply chains since the start of the pandemic, inventory management is now an important issue for all organizations, large or small, public or private.
In 2022, we had the opportunity to provide training to a municipality’s procurement team. We provided a foundation of knowledge to address the various issues. Through exercises and group discussions, we created a collaborative approach to developing viable solutions for the municipality.
